Our teachers and performers have over 30 years of teaching, competing and performing experience in Ballroom and Latin. Whether you are looking to learn how to dance, improve your dancing skills, or book one of our professional couples to perform for your event you can be assured that you are getting the best talent in Northwest Arkansas. Our  highly trained dance professionals will give you a good comfortable look on the dance floor while proving to you how FAST, FUN & EASY it is to learn how to dance.

We feature the best in lessons and performances in the latest styles in American Smooth, International Modern, American Rythm, International Latin, Country, Theatrical Arts and Social Dancing. We also offer lessons in Belly Dance, Flamenco & Argentine Tango.   

The Ballroom style of dancing includes your American Smooth and International Standard.  These include the dances of Waltz, Viennesse Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep & Peabody. These dances work well on your leading and following, Balance and Control and Follow Through in your dancing. There are 4 levels of your smooth dances. Level 1 we call a social ease or foundation level. Level 2 Bronze. Level 3 Silver. Level 4 Gold.

The Latin Dances fall under American Rythm and International Latin. International Latin dances are Samba, Rumba, Cha Cha, Paso Doble and Jive. American Rythm Dances are Cha Cha, Rumba, E.C. Swing, Bolero and Mambo. Other Rythm and Latin dances are W.C. Swing, Hustle, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Bachata, Lindy Swing, Single and Double Rythm Swing. These dances work well on quick foot placement, latin motion, speed and lightness of feet. I bet you lose  a few pounds keeping up with some of these dances. There are also 4 levels of learning in your Latin and Rythm dances. Level 1 is Social ease or Foundation Level. Level 2 is Bronze. Level 3 is Silver and level 4 is Gold.
